How do I install the NRG Bike Stem on my bike?
NRG Stems are of the Aheadstem design which bolts directly onto a fork’s steerer tube. It's simple to install and only requires an Allen key to adhere to the appropriate tightness.

Are there different sizes available for the NRG Bike Stem?
Currently the stem is only available as 103mm stem length.

How can I clean and maintain the NRG Bike Stem?
When cleaning the Power Stem, it is recommended to use a damp cloth, DO NOT jet wash.
Does the NRG Bike Stem come in different colours or finishes?
The stem is currently only available in one colour and one finish.
Is the NRG Bike Stem suitable for off-road cycling?
The Power stem is designed for both on and off road use, however it is not intended for use under competitive or race conditions, jumping or stunts.
Can I use accessories like lights or phone mounts with the NRG Bike Stem?
Absolutely! The NRG Stem is designed to work harmoniously with your existing cycling accessories. It seamlessly integrates with your bike's handlebar setup, ensuring compatibility and ease of use.
Can the NRG bike stem recharge from a Dynamo?
The stem can't be recharged by a Dynamo.

If treated and maintained well, with regular use, the battery should work efficiently for a number of years.
What is the bar and steerer tube diameters?
The required diameters are as follows - steerer tube is for 28.6mm which is standard, and the handlebar is for 31.8mm.
